Our dairy is now in full production and we are making semi-soft and semi-hard cheeses using pasteurised goats milk, lovingly donated by our small herd of Golden Guernsey and Toggenberg goats. 

We hope to expand our range of dairy produce to include butter, yoghurt and ice-cream in the very near future and of course we are already making goats milk soap bars.

Our farm helpers are involved in looking after the goats, leading them into the parlour for milking and bottle feeding the baby goat kids. Our products are sold from the dairy as well as local farmers markets. Milk yield does vary at certain times of the year so some of our products will not always be available.
