Our dairy is now in full production and we are making semi-soft and semi-hard cheeses using pasteurised goats milk, lovingly donated by our small herd of Golden Guernsey and Toggenberg goats. 

We supply goat's milk to order in advance, plus milk shakes and a smooth creamy gelato - both in 3 flavours, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. We also make goat's milk soap bars and moisturising hand cream.

Our farm helpers are involved in looking after the goats, leading them into the parlour for milking and bottle feeding the baby goat kids. Our products are sold from the dairy as well as local farmers markets. Milk yield does vary at certain times of the year so some of our products will not always be available.
