Our volunteers provide emotional support and guidance to enable farm helpers to complete their goals. Volunteers will be adults that have current or previous experience of working with vulnerable young people and adults with learning disabilities.

Prior to becoming a volunteer you will have to complete an application form and we will need to apply for an enhanced DBS check. In terms of time commitment we recommend attending for a minimum of one day every week but we can be flexible on start and finish times. As a social enterprise we have limited resources and volunteers can make a real difference to our care farm.
